Every trip is checked when it's posted. Hosts who have run a trip before go straight up; a first trip shows “New host” and our team reads it within a day; anything we need to look at first waits for a person.
Group formation
Check out who else is participating. The trip will proceed once the minimum number of participants is met.
Final confirmation
Three days prior: seats are locked in, and the meeting location is set. And the trip is officially on!
